How we see the world is determined by our mindset.

These mindsets get formed at an early age based on the influences around us, and then reinforced by the stories we tell ourselves about our experiences. The longer a mindset is in place, the more intentionality it takes to shift. It is possible and necessary to awaken to your power to upgrade your mindset and how you see the world. By immersing in a new way of seeing the world weekly, over time we can begin to repattern our old mindset and upgrade to a more empowered viewpoint. This is how we create the reality we desire in our lives.

In this 16-week program led by Esther Jones-Alley, participants will immerse in specifically designed lessons and personalized group coaching to help awaken a new mindset and support the unique needs of the group. The cohort will meet weekly for 2 hours on Zoom. Each session will include targeted teaching and opportunities for lazer coaching. We will feature guest speakers when appropriate.

The curriculum flow will focus on the following topics:

• Understanding and applying the Universal Laws
• Becoming the Light Worker/Light Warrior that you are
• Uncovering your Divine gifts
• Manifesting abundance & prosperity

Each month, participants also receive one 30-minute 1:1 private Zoom session with Esther Jones-Alley to go deeper on their unique issues and goals. There is one optional transformational journey available

This program is designed to build camaraderie among the group and strengthen the bonds of confidence and trust in each other in order to create an ecosystem of awakening. The program is also designed to address each member’s individual needs while engaging the connection between each member of the group to accelerate the learning.
