In this private 1:1 coaching relationship with Esther Jones-Alley, we will co-create a customized program based on your needs that allows you to achieve your desired goals and manifest your truest outcomes in your life. This is a highly personalized process that is tailored specifically to each client’s needs. Because of this approach, coaching clients need to be seriously committed in both their effort and investment in themselves. My approach is deep, persistent, to the point, and no-nonsense. I have experienced, witnessed, or coached on just about anything you can imagine. I hold strong space that is non-judgemental and compassionate while also being empowering and transformational. You will come face-to-face with your truths, false beliefs, and conflict within. You will access new levels of responsibility and commitment to your truth and yourself. . 

This personalized VIP program begins with a two-hour session to identify your internal struggles and challenges, and to clarify and focus your primary objectives and sense of fulfillment. From here, we create your personal roadmap and embark on your self-discovery journey. The journey continues to deepen over time as we heal layers and reveal core truths, hidden blocks, and challenges.

Clients on this private journey receive true VIP treatment. In addition to a focused one-hour Zoom session each week with recording provided, clients also have access to 2 emergency calls per month with  a 24-hour response time. Clients also receive one private VIP weekend of personal mindset transformation in my full care (in person or remote).

In addition to these private sessions, clients have optional VIP access to live Transformation Accelerator Journeys with Esther Jones-Alley (one guided accelerator to the sacred temples of Egypt and one guided accelerator to the sacred medicine of Rythmia). Access to both accelerators is available for the 12-month program and one accelerator for the 6-month program.
